Our Group Fitness sessions are about more than just making you sweat. Anyone can make you sweat and just doing lots of different exercises to work up a sweat is booooorrrrring!!

We focus on more than just training for the sake of training and offer:

- Functional Workouts
- Training and exercise options to use outside of sessions that are specific to your needs
- Planned training sessions
- Core and postural conditioning
- Analysis of posture and dynamic stability

Our Group Fitness sessions are currently running every Saturday from 9:30am-10:30am @ Barkly Gardens in Richmond (on Mary St). A 'Create-a-Group' option is also available. A minimum of 8 – maximum of 15 - participants are required for a 10 week/session period.
