At Active Red we think Martial Arts training is a great way to get into shape. Not only does Martial Arts training keep you strong and fit it also teaches you self defence and some pretty cool moves.

At Active Red we have been training in martial arts since 1991 and are continuing today. Our experience comes from a number of different styles:

-ITF Tae Kwon Do
-WTF Tae Kwon Do
-Shotokan Karate
-Boxing & Thai Kickboxing
-Tricking and Artistic Martial Arts

Our martial arts training caters for all levels. We offer training for those wishing to learn a style, improve current ability, learn self defence, or just gain fitness with various martial art drills.
